Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern subscriptions to the Novalive software.

2. Plans and prices

Plans, their limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices including or excluding VAT depending on the publisher's VAT status; prices to be published.

3. Free trial

Each new workspace comes with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. At the end of the trial, data remains viewable; editing it requires an active plan.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe at the start of each period. Novalive does not store any card number. Invoices are available in the customer area. If a payment fails, a grace period is granted before editing is suspended.

5. Plan changes and cancellation

You can change plan at any time, pro rata. Cancellation is done from the customer area; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Consumers' right of withdrawal (14 days) and waiver in case of immediate performance.
