Cancel your contract
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost and without giving reasons. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further payment is taken and your data remains viewable and exportable until your account is deleted.
From your workspace (fastest)
Sign in, open Subscription then “Invoices, payment method and cancellation”, and confirm. Cancellation is immediate and confirmed by email.
Without signing in
Fill in this form: it prepares a cancellation email to send from your own mailbox. We acknowledge receipt by email and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
